is a wellness lifestyle brand and coaching platform dedicated to helping women cultivate deeper balance, healing, and strength through intentional movement, mindful eating, and radical self-care. Founded by Catherine — a wellness-driven runner, certified health coach, and chef. We offer a range of programs and support systems designed to meet women wherever they are in their journey. Whether through personalized health coaching, running-based programs, or lifestyle resets, Miles by Cath empowers women to reconnect with their bodies and live with more energy, clarity, and self-trust.
